One of the important tasks of the Rectors' Dialogue is to discuss approaches to the content of the Memorandum on the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, which is planned to be drafted after the event. As a conceptual basis for its drafting, we propose to look into the expert analytical material prepared by the Information Security and Digital Transformation Research Center. The authors tried to look at the problem as, from their point of view, it should look from the perspective of Saint Petersburg State University, taking into account the experience in the Russian Federation and other countries.
