Consent to the Processing of Personal Data via Web Analytics Systems

By continuing to use the website https://ai.spbu.ru/, I, hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject," in fulfillment of the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," hereby give my consent to the Personal Data Operator (SPbU) for the processing of my personal data, including: website traffic, user behavioral factors (including pages viewed, page depth, data on the date, time and duration of the visit, geolocation), type of device used, device operating system and browser type, source of referral to the website, information about the search or advertising query, completed forms and achieved conversions. I express my consent to the collection of these data using the services "Yandex Metrica" and "webstat.spbu.ru".

By processing personal data, I understand the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, storage, and any other actions (operations) of the Personal Data Operator with personal data provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject is carried out for the following purposes: analysis of user behavior, aggregation of statistical data on website traffic for selected time periods, analysis of website traffic dynamics, evaluation of the effectiveness of traffic sources, evaluation of user conversions, improving the usability and quality of the website, and obtaining statistical information. Data collected using the web analytics system "Yandex Metrica" may be transferred to the owner of such system (Yandex LLC (INN 7736207543, OGRN 1027700229193, address: 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia).

The processing of personal data of the Personal Data Subject may be carried out with or without the use of automated means in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

SPbU takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their implementation to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other unlawful actions in relation to personal data, and also assumes the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of personal data of the Personal Data Subject.

This consent to the processing of my personal data is effective from the moment the collection of information using the "Yandex Metrica" service begins until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved or the consent is withdrawn.

The consent may be withdrawn by me upon a written request submitted to the Personal Data Operator.
